I can start by saiyng that I had agreed with
http://www.homeandwe.com/ with a order of 700 cushion covers that would be delivered to me on december 18th.
I ordered a total of 26 different models/colours, but I didn't recieved the cushions as planned.
Of the 695 cushions I ordered I recieved 30 defectfull pieces, 7 pieces of one model were missing and 3 models (78pieces) were completely different then the ones I oredered. A mistake of 115 cushions is to big to accept.
They promised to delivery to me by december 18th and when it came close to that date, they said that for me to get my delivery in time would cost me 100USD extra for express delivery, because they were only ready to send my package 2 days before the date we agreed on.
They delayed and I payed the price.
My part of the contract I kept exactly as the agreement and I sent the payment right on time.
They didn't treat me as a factory should treat a costumer and the owner of the business (Mr. Manish Singhal) even said to me on the phone that I was to stressed and it was bad for my health.
In the next post I am going to comment the quality of the products and show pictures of what I ordered and what I received instead.
